3.2 Each individual may register only one (1) account on the ph556 platform. The existence of duplicate or multiple accounts held by the same individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph556 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void all associated balances and pending withdrawals.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. Before processing your first withdrawal, ph556 requires completion of identity verification ("KYC"). You will be required to submit government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine National ID, passport, or driver's license) and may be required to provide proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. ph556 will process KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe and may request additional documentation where necessary.
3.4 You must ensure that all personal information on your account remains accurate and up to date. If any information changes (including your registered mobile number), you must update your account details promptly. ph556 accepts no liability for issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ph556 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share, transfer, or sell your account access to any third party.
4.2 ph556 staff will never contact you to request your password or one-time password (OTP). Any communication purporting to be from ph556 requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent.
4.3 You must notify ph556 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. ph556 accepts no liability for losses incurred through unauthorized account access where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
5.1 ph556 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the platform, which include but are not limited to GCash, Maya / PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier and are displayed during the deposit process.
5.3 All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments that are registered in your own name. ph556 strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts. Where a third-party payment is detected, ph556 reserves the right to void the deposit, suspend the account, and return funds to their source.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by fully KYC-verified Members. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible.

6.4 Active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed if a bonus is attached to your account balance. Attempting to withdraw while an active bonus wagering requirement is incomplete may result in forfeiture of the bonus amount.
7.1 ph556 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry dates.
7.2 Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means you must wager twenty times the bonus amount before withdrawal eligibility is triggered).
7.3 ph556 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion or bonus at any time without prior notice. ph556 also reserves the right to void bonus awards and confiscate associated winnings in cases where bonuses have been claimed through fraudulent means, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus.
7.4 Unless stated otherwise in specific promotional terms, each player is entitled to claim any given promotion only once.
8.1 All games made available on the ph556 platform are provided by certified third-party game developers. Random Number Generator (RNG) games are certified by accredited independent testing laboratories, and RTP (Return to Player) figures for applicable games are published on the platform.

8.4 Technical malfunctions during game play void all associated bets and stakes will be returned to the Member's account. ph556 accepts no liability for losses arising from technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
10.1 All content on the ph556 platform, including but not limited to the ph556 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software code, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of ph556 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. 11.1 The ph556 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ph556 endeavors to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, we do not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, downtime, or interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including telecommunications network failures, force majeure events, or third-party service provider outages.
11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph556 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including any loss of funds due to unauthorized account access resulting from your own failure to maintain account security.
11.3 Gambling involves financial risk. All wagers placed on ph556 are made voluntarily. ph556 is not responsible for financial losses incurred through gaming on the platform. If gambling is causing you financial hardship, please use the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings immediately.
12.1 ph556 provides all registered Members with access to the following responsible gaming tools through their account settings:
12.2 Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of submission. During the self-exclusion period, ph556 will use reasonable technical measures to prevent the excluded Member from accessing the platform. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed before the agreed minimum term expires.

13.1 Voluntary Closure. You may close your ph556 account at any time by submitting a closure request through customer support. 13.2 Closure by ph556. ph556 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account with immediate effect if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; (c) you provide false information during registration or KYC; (d) you engage in any prohibited activity listed in Section 9; or (e) required by law or regulatory direction.
13.3 Upon account closure due to a breach of these Terms, ph556 reserves the right to void all balances and pending bonus awards. Funds determined to have been obtained through fraudulent activity will not be returned.
14.1 ph556 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via account notification or email, where applicable, prior to taking effect. Minor clarifications or non-material updates may be made without prior individual notification.
14.2 The current version of these Terms is always available at ph556.club/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision took effect. Your continued use of the ph556 platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15.2 ph556 operates within the PAGCOR-regulated online gaming market. Any regulatory disputes or complaints not resolved through ph556's internal dispute process may be referred to PAGCOR or such other competent regulatory authority as may have jurisdiction.
